Pack small! Small items such as sunscreen, phones, wallets, keys, shelling bags and cameras usually fit into the built in drybox on each boat. You may bring additional drinks for your cooler (no adult beverages) and snacks as well! Towels can be placed on your seat or seat-back.
Beach attire is what we recommend. Hats are acceptable but may fly off if not secured well. In general, wear clothes and footwear you will not mind getting splashes. We also recommend wearing polarized sunglasses if you have them, which gives greater visibility of wildlife that may be just under the surface of the water.
-
Two people must be in each boat that goes out on the tour with the exception of the guide boat. In the event that you have an odd number of people in your group, one person will ride with the tour guide. Opportunities to switch with other drivers will be made available if requested.
-
There are no traditional facilities among our tour routes. We do stop at a barrier island during our 2.5 hour tour. There are no stops on the 1.5 hour tour.
-
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy for cancellations outside of operator cancellations, due to weather or mechanical events.
If you must cancel within the 72 hours, still contact us as soon as possible. If we are able to refill your seats prior to the tour, you will still be issued a full refund or partial refund if only some of your seats were filled.
